EPN Pen is a portable combination of Microneedling and Electroporation therapy system for Derma Rejuvenation Therapy. It is a combination of Microneedling and Electroporation, with guides that adjusts needle depth. It is hygienic, convenient, easy to use, and also safe to use since the needle tips are hidden inside the guide. Needle tips are disposable which make it safe to share the hand-piece with other patient. It is economical, you just need to replace the needle tips after every treatment.
Applications
EPN is the new generation of emerging technology with combining automatic needling (Auto Microneedle Therapy System, Auto MTS) and electroporation to effectively deliver the serum. After thoroughly cleansing the skin, a sterile tip containing eleven microfine needles is loaded into a piston-driven handpiece. Using hyaluronic acid as a lubricant the sterile tip is applied to the skin in circular motions creating microchannels. The depth of needle penetration can be adjusted depending on the areas of the face,neck or chest being treated.
The controlled mechanical micro-trauma stimulates new collagen and elastin production to thicken and tighten skin.While the channels are open, serum, growth factors or even your own platelet rich plasma can be applied to further stimulate skin rejuvenation. The recovery time is usually 24- 48 hours and the skin looks refreshed and healthier in a week’s time.
